Services offered:

My three promises to you:
    • I will employ only appropriate investigative resources required to conduct comprehensive investigation in pursuit of the truth and your success, every time.
    • I will be discreet, maintain confidentiality and cultivate trust, without exception.
    • I will be honest and candid in my communication with you, period.

Surveillance:
    -Covert video surveillance and photography
-Mobile surveillance (often referred to as tailing)
    -Counter surveillance
    -Counter stalking

I’m often called upon to conduct surveillance for a variety of reasons, often regarding insurance claims, and civil or domestic disputes. I have experience in planning surveillance operations and ensuring the proper and legal methods in adapting smoothly to dynamic situations. Prior to setting the plan into action, I will require the client to provide a picture and/or description, as well as other relevant information, to ensure I am tracking the correct individual. More often than not, the hardest part of conducting surveillance is positively identifying the subject of the investigation. There have been many cases of a client giving a description of a subject and investigators gathering footage of a person similar to the description, only to find out by the client later that the subject recorded was the wrong person. Keep this in mind anytime you’re interested in setting up surveillance. I will need as many details about the subject as possible in order to be successful.

Insurance:
    -Workman’s compensation
    -General liability
    -Product liability
    -Automobile insurance fraud

I use various techniques for clients to both determine whether an individual is defrauding an insurance company, or needs verification of their situation to ensure the government or insurance companies do not mistreat them. These investigations often use various surveillance techniques, as well as verifying medical examination accuracy, and interviewing friends, neighbors, and relatives.

Corporate Investigations:
-Loss Prevention & Fraud, Theft, and Embezzlement
    -Pre-Employment investigations
    -Undercover employee investigations

As a small investigation firm, I am unable to provide some of the services of other investigative companies, but I can contract out work for competitive intelligence and/or counterespionage. I do offer loss prevention in terms of investigating employees who may be committing various acts of fraud, theft, or embezzlement. These investigations involve researching company files and surveillance of employees who may be trying to take advantage of the company.

In efforts to help prevent loss, I provide pre-employment investigations to decrease the chances of hiring fraudulent employees. Beyond the reducing risk of hiring fraudulent employees, the investigations help reduce employee difficulties. I will check with past employers in an effort to gauge honesty, violent behavior, manageability, and attendance problems. 1 in 3 résumés contain inaccurate education information and another percentage of potential employees have purchased their degrees from bogus academies. I will ensure that the education information provided by the employee is accurate.

In addition, I will perform the following:

  • social security number traces to ensure validity
  • criminal background checks
  • verify personal and professional references
  • verify the validity of employee's driver's license information
  • perform a PEER or pre-employment credit check
  • federal and state license verifications
  • drug screening
  • psychological profile testing

Civil and Domestic Cases:
    -Slander and libel
    -Divorce/Cheating spouses.
    -Nursing home abuse investigations
    -Child custody
    -Premarital

If you believe that your spouse may be cheating on you, you’re either paranoid or they are cheating on you. Either way you need to get in touch with me because I have found that more often than not there aren’t as many paranoid people as they think there are. I use many techniques to determine whether or not a spouse is cheating, from video surveillance to mobile surveillance to computer monitoring.

Another aspect I have been called upon to investigate is the horrible activities at some nursing homes involving the abuse of our elderly loved ones. It is a shame that some individuals at these nursing homes forget that these are people that are loved by family and friends. Though I will say in all regards that I have never investigated a nursing home in which the majority of nurses had issues of abuse, all of the cases I have worked have been limited to one or two individuals.

I, also, will help in verifying DNA in paternity/child custody cases. I will investigate for clients who believe their children are in the custody of someone who may cause them harm for whatever reason. I have the capability of researching individuals prior to marriage – similar to a corporate employee investigation in that I check many aspects of the individuals to ensure libel compatibility. In cases regarding slander and libel I will employ methods to protect the client from charges or verifying their charges are accurate.

Skipped/Missing Persons:
    -Finding missing friends and family
    -Collections and asset investigations
    -Bail enforcement/Fugitive recovery
    -Missing children
    -Missing heirs
    -Parental searches

I spend a portion of my time helping people find friends, families, and associates. From a long lost brother who has moved to Kentucky (or elsewhere) to finding an individual who is hiding a vehicle from his lien holder. I have aided bounty hunters in locating individuals who have skipped out on their bonds and assisted recently in recovering a fugitive who escaped from a Mississippi jail. The most rewarding in this subject is helping to find children who have become estranged from a parent, or vice versa and reuniting the individuals. Fair warning for those seeking loved ones, sometimes they don’t want to be found and finding them can cause much heartache for all involved. I have no reservations in assisting anyone, but as I do in private consultations, I have to be candid about potential results.
